Karnik informs Jhilmil's friend that he has sent Jhilmil to some other place, while Jhilmil's friends hand over the gift to him. Mamta blames Aarti for the entire debacle. Pratima requests Kaushalya to intervene in Jhilmil's matter, while Hari tells his son to keep Karnik and his family away from the reception ceremony. Mamta is adamant with her decision of throwing Jhilmil out of the house, while Kaushalya comes to Jhilmil's rescue.
